BUBBA League 2000 Playoffs - Week 1
In the Super Bowl round, the favorites, including the defending champs, the Who Dats, advanced to the next round.
The DBacks, hoping to get to the second round to use his Baltimore contingent, was run over by the Who Dats TE, to advance. Nice trade, Mark.
The Grove Rats picked up where they left off two weeks ago by scoring the week's most points. This weeks Official Point total. Danny, no woulda, shoulda, coulda's!!!
In the Toilet Bowl, the VA Gents and Your Mother bowed out gracefully.

BUBBA League Playoff - Week 2
What a playoff week!
The Hairy Polis pulled quite a comeback on Monday night (I thought that was the Devil's night?) to ease pass the RoadKill Gang and the Who Dats, to advance against the Grove Rats and a chance at the coveted T-shirt. The Rats, behind Marshall Faulk, coasted to the final.
In the Toilet Bowl, Kenny had been found. The APB worked. He called in from an unlisted number, and submitted a line up that helped him beat the Relentless Punishers, 82-88.
That's right boys, the Relentless Punishers will be bringing the beer to next year's draft. It seems that since Mark is not a beer drinker, he may need some help picking out a brew.

Wow, what a BUBBA League Season.
From numerous ties, to Mark's "relentlessly" talking smack, and not backing it up, to the Slobberknockers rising up like a Phoenix and defeating the Punishers, and then to the BUBBA League Super Bowl game.
The two best teams this year pitted against each other:
The veteran Grove Rats against the up start, Hairy Polis. The game also matched the two highest scoring teams in the league, both averaging over 113 point per game during the regular season.
And the final game did not disappoint. Going into the Monday night affair, the Rats were ahead by a point.
Each team had two players in the game, all from the Rams.
The result, the team that tied the all time record with the best regular season record with only one loss.
The Hairy Polis held off the Grove Rats in a high scoring affair, 147-135.
