BUBBA League Week 13 - End of Regular Season The last regular season weekend brought some surprises. The Mississippi Mad Men, under new ownership, won two out of their last three games, including this weeks victim, RoadKill Gang. The DiamondBacks pasted the Who Dats to claim the final Super Bowl Playoff spot. Maluminse snapped the Hairy Polis winning streak by denying him his 10th victory of the season. And the Virginia Gentlemen, needing to beat BlackJack and hope for a Relentless Punisher win, got lucky and claimed the Masters Division based upon the points scored tie breaker. Showtime needed six points to claim the crown in his first season, but the Manning meltdown prevented a win. Next week, playing to advance into the semi finals of the BUBBA League Super Bowl are: Maluminse Showtime BlackJack DiamondBacks Having byes: Hairy Polis and Virginia Gentlemen Two teams with the highest point totals advance. In the other bowl: Mississippi Mad Men RoadKill Gang Relentless Punishers Who Dats Two teams that score the least, advance to see who brings the beer next season. Good Luck, gentlemen. |

BUBBA League Playoff Week

Hairy Polis got some early Christmas gifts from last night's
game to advance to the BUBBA League Super Bowl. He goes for an unprecedented two
in a row and will face the Virginia Gentlemen, who rode the Faulk train to the
big game.
In the Toilet Bowl, Mark Sander's and his Relentless Punishers
did the unheard of, by losing back to back final games.
Because of his
"extraordinary" feat, the Toilet "trophy" now has a name:
"The Mark Sanders Memorial Steamer Award".

That makes the
third time in four years that the BUBBA League Super Bowl champ has had Marshall
on their team.
The guy is awesome...
What a wild and crazy
season.
From almost having no season, after the core of our league
dropped, we ended up having a great group of guys carry on the BUBBA League
tradition. Even Randy couldn't stay away.
The Commish thanks the new team
owners and the "old guard" for making 2001 fun.
A special thanks to Mr.
Craft who subbed for the Commish for two weeks.
