RoadKill Gang (134) at Grove Rats (63)
(MyFantasyLeague.com Fantasy Times Sources - Sep 17, 2012) In a week 2 BUBBA Fantasy Football League classic, RoadKill Gang embarrassed a hapless Grove Rats team by a score of 134 to 63, silencing a partisan crowd of 67,491.

RoadKill Gang were led to their 71 point victory by a 29 point effort from Cam Newton, who got by the New Orleans Saints defense for 253 passing yards and 1 passing TD in addition to 71 rushing yards. They also got help from a 29 point effort from Darren Sproles, who snuck past the Carolina Panthers defense for rushing yards in addition to 128 receiving yards.

"We've got the greatest fans in the world," RoadKill Gang coach Danny Bauer said.

Grove Rats were helped out in a losing cause by a 15 point effort from Maurice Jones-Drew, who snuck past the Houston Texans defense for 60 rushing yards in addition to 7 receiving yards. They also got help from a 14 point effort from Jordy Nelson, who got by the Chicago Bears defense for 84 receiving yards.

"It's been a great ride," Grove Rats coach Randy Gattis said.

Causing further embarrassment, Grove Rats could have scored 162 points and earned the win with their best lineup, but Randy Gattis left key players like Hakeem Nicks and his corresponding 39 points on the bench.

This brings the record for RoadKill Gang to 1-1, and drops Grove Rats to a record of 0-2.

Coming up in week 3, the 1-1 Virginia Gentlemen are at Grove Rats, where Grove Rats are an early 15.9-point underdog, while RoadKill Gang are at the 2-0 Da Mudbugz, where Da Mudbugz are an early 3.9-point underdog.

Da Mudbugz were led to their 21 point victory by a 41 point effort from Eli Manning, who tore apart the Tampa Bay Buccaneers defense for 510 passing yards and 3 passing TDs. With this performance, Manning was the number 2 ranked overall fantasy scorer for week 2. They also got help from a 20 point effort from Jimmy Graham, who snuck past the Carolina Panthers defense for 71 receiving yards and 1 receiving TD.

"Everyone counted us out before the season started," Da Mudbugz coach Richard Sumlin said.

Moose Knuckles were helped out in a losing cause by a 30 point effort from Arian Foster, who beat the Jacksonville Jaguars defense for 110 rushing yards and 1 rushing TD in addition to 37 receiving yards. With this performance, Foster was the number 4 ranked running back for week 2. They also got help from a 24 point effort from Vernon Davis, who snuck past the Detroit Lions defense for 73 receiving yards and 2 receiving TDs.

"It's going to be a long plane ride home," Moose Knuckles coach Tim Herbst said.

Causing further embarrassment, Moose Knuckles could have scored 133 points and earned the win with their best lineup, but Tim Herbst left key players like Joe Flacco and his corresponding 15 points on the bench.

This brings the record for Da Mudbugz to 2-0, and drops Moose Knuckles to a record of 1-1.

Hairy Polis were led to their 11 point victory by a 28 point effort from Roddy White, who beat the Denver Broncos defense for 102 receiving yards and 1 receiving TD. With this performance, White was the number 5 ranked wide receiver for week 2. They also got help from a 20 point effort from Malcom Floyd, who beat the Tennessee Titans defense for 109 receiving yards.

"Our fans were the 12th man today," Hairy Polis coach Robert Recker said.

DiamondBacks were helped out in a losing cause by a 30 point effort from Willis McGahee, who beat the Atlanta Falcons defense for 113 rushing yards and 2 rushing TDs in addition to 11 receiving yards. With this performance, McGahee was the number 5 ranked running back for week 2. They also got help from a 23 point effort from Tom Brady, who beat the Arizona Cardinals defense for 316 passing yards and 1 passing TD.

"They caught us on an off night," DiamondBacks coach Byron Crabb said.

Causing further embarrassment, DiamondBacks could have scored 222 points and earned the win with their best lineup, but Byron Crabb left key players like Danny Amendola and his corresponding 41 points on the bench.

This brings the record for Hairy Polis to 1-1, and drops DiamondBacks to a record of 0-2.

SHOWTIME were helped out in a losing cause by a 38 point effort from Victor Cruz, who tore apart the Tampa Bay Buccaneers defense for 179 receiving yards and 1 receiving TD. With this performance, Cruz was the number 5 ranked overall fantasy scorer for week 2. They also got help from a 17 point effort from Miles Austin, who snuck past the Seattle Seahawks defense for 63 receiving yards and 1 receiving TD.

"Give them all the credit," SHOWTIME coach Eddie Murillo said.

Compounding the issue, SHOWTIME could have scored 193 points and earned the win with their best lineup, but Eddie Murillo left key players like Philip Rivers and his corresponding 26 points on the bench.
