(MyFantasyLeague.com Fantasy Times Sources - Dec 13, 2010) In week one of the 2010 BUBBA Fantasy Football SuperBowl Playoffs, Virginia Gentlemen  and Moose Knuckles advanced to the second round..

Virginia Gentlemen were led to their 39 point victory by a 39 point effort from Andre Johnson, who beat the Baltimore Ravens defense for 140 receiving yards and 2 receiving TDs. With this performance, Johnson was the number 3 ranked overall fantasy scorer for week 14. They also got help from a 26 point effort from Ahmad Bradshaw, who beat the Minnesota Vikings defense for 103 rushing yards and 1 rushing TD in addition to 12 receiving yards.

" This team has overcome a lot of adversity," Virginia Gentlemen coach Hank Glospie said.

Moose Knuckles were led to their 14 point victory by a 19 point effort from Peyton Hillis, who beat the Buffalo Bills defense for 108 rushing yards in addition to 10 receiving yards. They also got help from a 18 point effort from Reggie Wayne, who beat the Tennessee Titans defense for 106 receiving yards.

"We managed to eke out a win," Moose Knuckles coach Tim Herbst said.

DiamondBacks were helped out in a losing cause by a 30 point effort from Tim Hightower, who beat the Denver Broncos defense for 148 rushing yards and 2 rushing TDs. With this performance, Hightower was the number 4 ranked running back for week 14. They also got help from a 21 point effort from Malcom Floyd, who snuck past the Kansas City Chiefs defense for 51 receiving yards and 2 receiving TDs.

"Our defense was a non-factor," DiamondBacks coach Byron Crabb said.

Grove Rats were helped out in a losing cause by a 25 point effort from Derrick Mason, who got by the Houston Texans defense for 78 receiving yards and 2 receiving TDs. With this performance, Mason was the number 5 ranked wide receiver for week 14. They also got help from a 21 point effort from Marques Colston, who snuck past the St. Louis Rams defense for 46 receiving yards and 2 receiving TDs.

"Give them all the credit," Grove Rats coach Randy Gattis said.

Compounding the issue, Grove Rats could have scored 128 points and earned the win with their best lineup, but Randy Gattis left key players like Deion Branch and his corresponding 33 points on the bench.

Division winners Hairy Polis and SHOWTIME will now compete in the second round.

Brady Bowl
(MyFantasyLeague.com Fantasy Times Sources - Dec 13, 2010) In week one of the Brady Bowl, RoadKill Gang and Who Dats advanced to the second round with identical scores of 89.

RoadKill Gang were helped out in a losing cause by a 28 point effort from Michael Vick, who got by the Dallas Cowboys defense for 270 passing yards and 2 passing TDs in addition to 16 rushing yards. With this performance, Vick was the number 4 ranked quarterback for week 14. They also got help from a 20 point effort from Arian Foster, who got by the Baltimore Ravens defense for 100 rushing yards in addition to 25 receiving yards.

"We'll just have to put this loss behind us," RoadKill Gang coach Danny Bauer said.

Who Dats were helped out in a losing cause by a 29 point effort from the Pittsburgh Steelers Defensive Team. With this performance, the Steelers was the number 1 ranked defensive team for week 14. They also got help from a 19 point effort from Philip Rivers, who got by the Kansas City Chiefs defense for 226 passing yards and 2 passing TDs in addition to 5 rushing yards.

"He always has his team ready to play," Who Dats coach Gary Craft said.

Causing further embarrassment, Who Dats could have scored 114 points and earned the win with their best lineup, but Gary Craft left key players like Eli Manning and his corresponding 13 points on the bench.

Handscraped Divas were led to their 5 point victory by a 27 point effort from Pierre Garcon, who got by the Tennessee Titans defense for 93 receiving yards and 2 receiving TDs. With this performance, Garcon was the number 4 ranked wide receiver for week 14. They also got help from a 24 point effort from Maurice Jones-Drew, who beat the Oakland Raiders defense for 101 rushing yards and 1 rushing TD in addition to 19 receiving yards.

"This team has finally learned how to win," Handscraped Divas coach Russ Marks said. Too little, too late.

Da Mudbugz were led to their 66 point victory by a 37 point effort from Matt Schaub, who tore apart the Baltimore Ravens defense for 393 passing yards and 3 passing TDs in addition to 8 rushing yards. With this performance, Schaub was the number 4 ranked overall fantasy scorer for week 14. They also got help from a 35 point effort from Chris Johnson, who beat the Indianapolis Colts defense for 111 rushing yards and 1 rushing TD in addition to 68 receiving yards.

"Our fans were the 12th man today," Da Mudbugz coach Richard Sumlin said.

This brings the record for Da Mudbugz to 3-10, and drops RoadKill Gang to a record of 6-7.

Coming up in final week of the Brady Bowl, RoadKill Gang are at the Who Dats, where Who Dats are an early 23.1-point underdog.
