Grove Rats (165) at DiamondBacks (129)

With their 165 points, Grove Rats is now the proud record-holder of the 7th-highest weekly point total in league history.

Grove Rats were led to their 36 point victory by a 41 point effort from Cam Newton, who tore apart the Chicago Bears defense for 374 passing yards and 1 passing TD in addition to 35 rushing yards. With this performance, Newton was the number 2 ranked overall fantasy scorer for week 4. They also got help from a 34 point effort from Wes Welker, who beat the Oakland Raiders defense for 158 receiving yards and 1 receiving TD.

"We've got the greatest fans in the world," Grove Rats coach Randy Gattis said.

DiamondBacks were helped out in a losing cause by a 40 point effort from Matt Forte, who tore apart the Carolina Panthers defense for 205 rushing yards and 1 rushing TD in addition to 23 receiving yards. With this performance, Forte was the number 3 ranked overall fantasy scorer for week 4. They also got help from a 25 point effort from Brandon Lloyd, who beat the Washington Redskins defense for 136 receiving yards.

"They caught us on an off night," DiamondBacks coach Byron Crabb said.

This brings the record for Grove Rats to 3-1, and drops DiamondBacks to a record of 2-2.

Coming up in week 5, Grove Rats are at the 2-2 SHOWTIME, where SHOWTIME are an early 55.7-point underdog, while DiamondBacks are at the 2-2 Hairy Polis, where Hairy Polis are an early 25.1-point underdog.

Moose Knuckles (105) at Virginia Gentlemen (98)
(MyFantasyLeague.com Fantasy Times Sources - Oct 3, 2011) In a week 4 BUBBA Fantasy Football League classic, Moose Knuckles squeaked by a tough Virginia Gentlemen team by a score of 105 to 98, silencing a partisan crowd of 73,374.

Moose Knuckles were led to their 7 point victory by a 25 point effort from Dwayne Bowe, who beat the Minnesota Vikings defense for 107 receiving yards and 1 receiving TD. They also got help from a 24 point effort from Philip Rivers, who beat the Miami Dolphins defense for 307 passing yards and 1 passing TD in addition to 18 rushing yards.

"This is the greatest feeling in the world," Moose Knuckles coach Tim Herbst said.

Virginia Gentlemen were helped out in a losing cause by a 27 point effort from Greg Jennings, who beat the Denver Broncos defense for 103 receiving yards and 1 receiving TD. They also got help from a 20 point effort from Matthew Stafford, who got by the Dallas Cowboys defense for 240 passing yards and 2 passing TDs.

"This is a bitter pill to swallow," Virginia Gentlemen coach Hank Glospie said.

Adding salt to the wound, Virginia Gentlemen could have scored 132 points and earned the win with their best lineup, but Hank Glospie left key players like Steve Smith and his corresponding 30 points on the bench.

Moose Knuckles took advantage of their schedule this week, as their point total would have gone for a loss against 7 out of 8 other potential opponents in week 4.

This brings the record for Moose Knuckles to 1-3, and drops Virginia Gentlemen to a record of 1-3.

With their 190 points, Hairy Polis is now the proud record-holder of the 1st-highest weekly point total in league history.

Hairy Polis were led to their 58 point victory by a 55 point effort from Aaron Rodgers, who tore apart the Denver Broncos defense for 408 passing yards and 4 passing TDs in addition to 36 rushing yards. With this performance, Rodgers was the number 1 ranked overall fantasy scorer for week 4. In addition, Rodgers entered the BUBBA Fantasy Football League Hall Of Fame with this performance as the 6th-ranked individual weekly player score in league history. They also got help from a 39 point effort from the Baltimore Ravens Defensive Team.

"This team shows a lot of heart," Hairy Polis coach Robert Recker said.

Da Mudbugz were helped out in a losing cause by a 33 point effort from Jimmy Graham, who beat the Jacksonville Jaguars defense for 132 receiving yards and 1 receiving TD. With this performance, Graham was the number 1 ranked tight end for week 4. They also got help from a 29 point effort from Arian Foster, who beat the Pittsburgh Steelers defense for 155 rushing yards and 1 rushing TD in addition to 11 receiving yards.

"I take full responsibility for this loss," Da Mudbugz coach Richard Sumlin said.

This brings the record for Hairy Polis to 2-2, and drops Da Mudbugz to a record of 1-3.

SHOWTIME (110) at RoadKill Gang (135)

RoadKill Gang were led to their 25 point victory by a 39 point effort from Michael Vick, who tore apart the San Francisco 49ers defense for 416 passing yards and 2 passing TDs in addition to 75 rushing yards. With this performance, Vick was the number 5 ranked overall fantasy scorer for week 4. They also got help from a 23 point effort from Jason Witten, who got by the Detroit Lions defense for 94 receiving yards and 1 receiving TD.

"I'm happy I could make a contribution," RoadKill Gang coach Danny Bauer said.

SHOWTIME were helped out in a losing cause by a 36 point effort from Hakeem Nicks, who beat the Arizona Cardinals defense for 162 receiving yards and 1 receiving TD. With this performance, Nicks was the number 1 ranked wide receiver for week 4. They also got help from a 22 point effort from Michael Turner, who snuck past the Seattle Seahawks defense for 70 rushing yards and 2 rushing TDs in addition to 18 receiving yards.

"They outplayed us in every phase of the game," SHOWTIME coach Eddie Murillo said.

Compounding the issue, SHOWTIME could have scored 142 points and earned the win with their best lineup, but Eddie Murillo left key players like Curtis Painter and his corresponding 22 points on the bench.

This brings the record for RoadKill Gang to 2-2, and drops SHOWTIME to a record of 2-2.

"This team shows a lot of resiliency," Handscraped Divas coach Russ Marks said.

Who Dats were helped out in a losing cause by a 22 point effort from Larry Fitzgerald, who beat the New York Giants defense for 102 receiving yards. They also got help from a 20 point effort from Ray Rice, who snuck past the New York Jets defense for 66 rushing yards and 1 rushing TD in addition to 64 receiving yards.

"I don't want to point fingers," Who Dats coach Gary Craft said.

Causing further embarrassment, Who Dats could have scored 143 points and earned the win with their best lineup, but Gary Craft left key players like Julio Jones and his corresponding 27 points on the bench.

This brings the record for Handscraped Divas to 4-0, and drops Who Dats to a record of 2-2.
