Moose Knuckles (101) at Grove Rats (139) (Edit) - Make This The Game Of The Week

With this performance, Rivers was the number 6 ranked quarterback for week 8. They also got help from a 23 point effort from Frank Gore, who beat the Cleveland Browns defense for 134 rushing yards and 1 rushing TD.

"It just wasn't meant to be," Moose Knuckles coach Tim Herbst said.

"Give them all the credit," Who Dats coach Gary Craft said.

This brings the record for Hairy Polis to 5-3, and drops Who Dats to a record of 2-6.

"We came up a little short," DiamondBacks coach Byron Crabb said.

SHOWTIME were led to their 22 point victory by a 19 point effort from Curtis Painter, who got by the Tennessee Titans defense for 250 passing yards in addition to 79 rushing yards. They also got help from a 17 point effort from Scott Chandler, who snuck past the Washington Redskins defense for 35 receiving yards and 2 receiving TDs.

"This win is for all the fans," SHOWTIME coach Eddie Murillo said.

Handscraped Divas were helped out in a losing cause by a 17 point effort from Drew Brees, who got by the St. Louis Rams defense for 269 passing yards and 1 passing TD. They also got help from a 16 point effort from Ryan Mathews, who snuck past the Kansas City Chiefs defense for 57 rushing yards in addition to 55 receiving yards.

"They own us," Handscraped Divas coach Russ Marks said.

Causing further embarrassment, Handscraped Divas could have scored 109 points and earned the win with their best lineup, but Russ Marks left key players like Joe Flacco and his corresponding 21 points on the bench.

SHOWTIME took advantage of their schedule this week, as their point total would have gone for a loss against 7 out of 8 other potential opponents in week 8.

This brings the record for SHOWTIME to 5-3, and drops Handscraped Divas to a record of 7-1.
